The analysis, evaluation, and interpretation of landscapes require specific skills in the use of data. GIS tools, aerial photos, digital data Maps are fundamental elements from which to start for an in-depth knowledge of places, to guide planning and design operations. The GLAS research group explores methods and techniques to achieve an innovative and efficient analytical approach, to test operating systems and deepen the relationships between different data sources, to better understand landscape processes.
